The Hurley Group are required to carry out Gender Pay Reporting under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017.

This involves carrying out six calculations that show the difference between the average earnings of men and women in our organisation. We are required to publish the results on our own website and a government website.

At the time of the survey (31st March 2022), The Hurley Group employed  402 female employees compared to 125 males at the snapshot date of the 31st March 2022 and as seen from the percentage figures from the gender pay gap quartiles there has been an increase for the proportion of men in the upper quartiles and women in the lower quartile. We have 32 more full pay relevant females than last year, compared with 1 males. The mean gender pay gap has been consistent incrementally since we have been tracking and publishing this data and currently now stands at 5.3%.
