2. PCN – Suite 1 Promotion of Services 

  • Discussed PCN appointments and services provided.
  • Introduce about Physio First
  • Introduce about Pharmacy First
  • List of Pharmacy services need to send to PPG members
  • Introduce about Pain Management service 

Discussed about other extended services such as social prescriber, PCN Physio services

 

3. National GP Survey

Discussed National GP Survey 2023 and share with PPG members and requested members to complete new survey for 2024

 

5. Ideas of how to widen network of PPG members

Discussed ideas with PPG members of how we can obtain more members. What is missing and what can we do to improve this. Can we organize a PPG event during practice hours?

  • PM to look at creating additional page in our surgery website regarding GP and PCN services
  • In progress, web developers are working on this
  • PM to look at creating video for services how appointment works

In progress, once web developer completes creating new page in our website, video will be uploaded on the website

 

6. Any other topics from PPG members

  1. PPG Member Mr. Paul has raised issue of verifying passport - PM Sharif agreed, can be given by PM
  2. PPG Member Stella – Raised issue about internal Referral 
  • Quality Alert intro given by PM
  • GP intro given by PM
  • PM to send ICB email address

PPG members are happy about phone call waiting time, which has improved to 5 minutes -  We will improve to less than 5 mins to achieve 90% 

PPG timetable survey (POLL) to create in Google

  • Has been created and sent to all PPG Members

Invite patient to PPG Meeting from different age group and gender. 

  • We have already invited different age group patients and gender from our PPG members. 

Pharmacy Services – Email to send to members

Informed about refurbishment of the building and Schedule Date 18 April 2024
